First ran the Photoshop Action Fluorescent but didn't get the same results that I was getting on some other photographs.   I found satisfaction in masking to bring back the water ski riders back into full color and detail.

Action Addiction ......

This is an action I found working with Elements.   It was developed by Erick Nguyen, his version of Watercolor and can be found here at Atncentral.   Many other actions can also be found at this site.

This action is available from PanosFx.   It too is available for Elements but without the ability to angle the fan for a perspective look.   Definitely to develop this fan you will want to use this actions.   I dare say it took about 5 minutes to complete.
